     Ingredients :

1.     Mushroom

2.     Plain Bread

3.     Shrimp

4.     Garlic

5.     Salt

6.     Pepper

7.     Some eggs

8.     Flour

9.     Bread crumb

  Step :

a)    Chop the mushroom

b)    Blend the shrimp and the seasoning

c)     Crush the plain bread with a little water

d)   Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

e)    Share well the eggs

f)      Put the batter into a baking pan

g)    Steam the batter for about 20 minutes

h)   Cut the batter into small pieces

i)      Clod the batter

j)      Put the uropod of the shrimp add the bottom

k)    Clod again until its tide

l)      Dip the nugget in the egg

m) Press well in the bread crumb one by one until its finish

n)   Put the nugget into the pan one by one

o)    Wait until the nugget is golden brown

p)   Take it out from the pan

q)    Drain the oil

Plating :

1)   Put salad and tomato in the plate and the nugget in the middle.
